Toah Nipi Retreat Center

Doug Sacra worked with Intervarsity Christian Fellowship area leaders as an architect on the team developing a master plan for the Toah Nipi Retreat Center in Rindge, NH. Doug assisted fundraising efforts by creating various plans and renderings, then completed construction documents for a 7,300 square foot sleeping and meeting building. The building has accomodations to sleep 70 guests, meeting rooms and a kitchenette. The three-story building is located on a steep slope with a lake view. Full advantage was taken of the site by facing all bedrooms to the lake view, and providing direct handicap accessible egress to grade from each of the three levels.
